We are now able to accept orders for delivery to all destinations worldwide. Postage and packing remains free for delivery to UK addresses but we regret we must make a charge for other destinations.

When ordering items from the table below, please make sure you select the correct delivery method for your destination. For expected delivery times click here. The choices are:

  • UK: No charge is made for delivery to UK addresses.
  • Surface Mail: There is a flat charge for delivery via Surface Mail to all destinations outside the UK, and this method is cheaper than Airmail. (Must be used for delivery to French Southern and Antarctic Territories).
  • Airmail to European countries. Click here to see which countries this rate applies to.
  • Airmail to all other countries, except French Southern and Antarctic Territories for which surface mail must be used.

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE

You may also purchase any of the resources listed above by sending your cheque and order by post.

Outside the UK, please remember to add postage and packing (See drop down menus above for details)

When will I receive my order?

For deliveries within the UK, you should receive your goods within 7 working days of your placing the order with us. If you do not receive your goods within 14 working days of your order, please let us know and we will take appropriate action.

For deliveries to worldwide destinations via Surface Mail, times vary as:

  • Western Europe up to 2 weeks from date of despatch from our office;
  • Eastern Europe up to 5 weeks;
  • North America up to 6 weeks;
  • South America, Africa or Asia up to 8 weeks;
  • Australasia up to 12 weeks.

For deliveries via Airmail to European countries, you should receive your goods within 3 days of despatch from our office. Click here to see which countries this applies to.

For deliveries via Airmail to countries outside Europe, you should receive your goods within 7 days of despatch from our office.
