Conditions 1. The
Booking
The contract is with the Cwmbran Mission of Christian Healing which is a
registered charity No 1013888 and all bookings are subject to the
conditions set out below. On receiving a completed application form,
together with your deposit, a booking will be made on your behalf
provided that suitable places are still available. If places are no
longer available, your deposit will be returned. Your contract will come
into effect when you receive a written receipt for your deposit. It is a fundamental term of this contract that you pay deposits
at the time of booking and the balances by the due date. 2.
Deposits and Terms of Payment
Along with a signed copy of our application form you should send a
deposit of £90.00 for each adult. A receipt will
be sent to you within two weeks of receiving your deposit. The balance is payable on arrival at the course. 3.
Special Requests
We are unable to accept 'conditional bookings'. You are welcome to make
special requests but we cannot guarantee that they can be fulfilled. If
you have a special request or requirement we will do our best but we
cannot guarantee that they can be fulfilled. If you have a special
request or requirement we will do our best to pass it on to the right
person provided that it is clearly noted on your booking form at the
time your booking is made. We must point out that failure to fulfil a
special request cannot be considered a breach of contract on the part of
The Order of Jacob's Well. 4.
Changes and Cancellation by you
You may add members to your party at any time provided you have first
checked with us and we have indicated that appropriate space is
available. You will be required to send deposits for each extra person
included. If you cancel or a member of your party cancels you may
replace him/her with another person without loss of deposit but this
should be notified to us immediately. If, however, you are unable to
find a suitable person to fill your place then cancellation charges will
be made as follows:- After
deposit is made: Loss of deposit, or
If between 56 days and 29 days: 75% of full fees, or
If between 28 days and commencement then 100% of full fees. 5.
Changes and Cancellation by us
Minor changes in detail of the programme may be made without
notification. In the unlikely event of it becoming necessary to make
major changes which would substantially alter the residential event, you
will be offered the option to cancel and receive a full refund of monies
paid. If it becomes necessary to cancel the event, a decision to cancel
will be made not later than four weeks before the event, unless the
cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control. You will
receive a full refund of all monies paid. 6.
Liability responsibility
We accept responsibility for ensuring that all component parts of the
residential event which you book with us are supplied to you as
described in this brochure and to a reasonable standard. We are happy to
accept responsibility for any act or omission by our suppliers or
agents, which results in a deficiency in the quality or standard of the
holiday. 7. Medical
conditions
Please disclose to us in writing any known medical condition which
affects/or may affect your full participation at the event. Please make
your own arrangements if you need a carer to accompany you or regularly
assist you. The Order of Jacob's Well cannot assume responsibility for
this.
